Travel Sync Global Accommodations believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing a request to cancel the booking or as per property cancellation policy limits. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the booking is not canceled as per the terms and conditions specified above.
• In case the guest is charged the payment will be refunded to the guest within 15 business working days.
